The Experience
It was Kirsten's birthday so we headed off to Alabang Town Center to celebrate. It was my first time in ATC (well sort of, I've already been to some of the side establishments but not the main mall) and I immediately fell in love with the place.
We've been to other Banapple branches before and it was a lot more crowded. Their ATC store is smaller but is a lot less crowded especially if you go there before 12nn (after 12, it starts to become the usual jam-packed Banapple).
The food was great! We had the very saucy Hickory Ribs and the golden brown Pork Scallopini. The ribs had no bones! Yes, boneless ribs! Racks and Big D's still have the best ribs but Banapple's has a unique taste that really appeals to me.
The Pork Scallopini was evenly fried. The sauce well complemented its golden crust. Both orders came in large servings with a large cup of rice and veggies on the side.
As we got stuffed already, we decided to buy desserts for Kirsten's birthday celebration at home instead. Cake slices costs about 120-140 each.
Great food completed this great day!

- From any EDSA southbound bus stop, ride a bus going to Alabang.
- From Alabang/South Station, ride a jeep going to Alabang-Zapote road. Get off at Alabang Town Center. Banapple is located at the new wing near Gong Cha and JCo Donuts (opening soon).
