The Experience
The first 143Go Run was our first run together as a couple. A year after, we were really excited to take part in the second edition of this run. This time, they had it a place close to our hearts: UP Diliman.
Like last year, we ran bonded together by a garter. We also had matching singlets included in our race kits. However, Kirsten decided to use the last year's singlet as it has better quality compared to this year's. This year's version seems to have been cost cut to some extent.
There were a lot LESS freebies in this year's event compared to last year. We had some fun in their free makeshift "photobooth" though.
Also, going around the academic oval made it not much different from a weekend jog there (we have this feeling that the original route they published was disapproved somewhere).
Though there were a lot more rough edges this time compared to last year's run, we are still looking forward to another (better) 143Go Run next year.
